Livingroom - Villa Casa Di Monte

Our VILLA CASA DI MONTE is a country-home that dates back to the beginning of the XIX Century and that has been recently restored preserving the original structure of the house. The whole villa consists of 2 units, but we only rent the VILLA all together to a single group at a time, as in fact as a single villa, with private swimming-pool at exclusve use of our guests.

Our VILLA sleeps 11/12 persons, being made of 1 triple bedroom (1 king-size-bed plus 1 single-bed for a boy/girl – the single is not suitable for an adult) , 2 double-bedrooms (with 1 king-size-bed in each bedroom), 1 single-bedroom, 1 twin-bedroom, 1 bedroom with a queen-bed (a queen bed is a bed large 150 cm / 60 inches, so that can be used as a single- or as a double-bed). Please note also that in Italy a king-bed is a bed large 173 cm /68 inches. So, IN TOTAL, in the villa you have 3 king-beds, 1 queen-bed, 4 single-beds.

For families with small children, we can provide 2 baby-beds and 2 baby-high-chairs, all for free.

In the villa you also have 2 living-rooms with fireplaces, 2 kitchens fully equipped (also with dish-washer, oven, fridge-freezer), 3 bathrooms (each one with basin, bidet, WC, shower) and 1 toilet (with basin, bidet, WC).

In each room there is a fan to refresh your days on Summer. At guests’ disposal there is also a laundry-room with washing-machine which use is for free. The villa has also a large roofed loggia or veranda equipped with tables and chairs in order to eat or relax open-air.

Our guests may also enjoy in full privacy our large swimmingpool (irregularly shaped, about 13×6 metres and from 1,5 to 2 metres deep) and barbecue-area.

On guests’s request, we will be glad to organize Tuscan dinners or buffets, or to make wine-tastings or olive-oil-tastings.

For guests that like to stay connected also on holidays, we can set at their disposal a PC with ADSL high speed -Internet-Connection. Alternatively, in case you have your own laptop, we may set at your disposal an internet key (for free).

Twin Bedroom - Villa Casa Di Monte

Usually we rent the Villa all together to 11 or 12 persons max. However smaller groups may rent only a part of the house. In fact the villa can be divided into 2 apartments each one with private entrance and full-privacy. One aparment is called TERRA and it is at groundfloor, made of a kitchen, a livingroom with fireplace, 2 full bathrooms, 1 triple-bedroom, 1 twin-bedroom (changeble into a double-bedroom), 1 single-bedroom. The other apartment is called CIELO and it is on two levels: at groundfloor you have a kitchen, a livingroom with fireplace and a toilet; at the upperfloor you have 1 full bathroom, 2 double-bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a queen-bed.
